First off is a picture of my dad running in the Ogden marathon. He did amazing and i love going to watch the races. They can be so emotional and exciting! Here he is almost to the finish line:)
This next picture is of our new entertainment center! I love it and we have been wanting something new for a long time. I hated our last one because you could see all the cords behind it... and there was alot!!
The next picture i actually cant believe i am going to put on here!! But its kind of funny.. I am doing a few studies for new moms and one of them is doing an at home sleep study. So this is what i had to wear that night while tring to get some sleep... (don't mind the no make-up and crazy hair)
Lance played in a softball league this summer. It was alot of fun for me too because he played with alot of our friends so all the girls would go and sit together and cheer them on! They did really good coming close to winning it all!
The next couple pics are of my families poor, loved, and missed dearly dog Cubby! This pasted summer he seemed to be getting arthritis pretty bad. Sometimes he wouldn't eat or drink anything, expecially when my parents would go out of town. We took him in and the vet gave us some pain pills that seemed to help out alot. But about a month later her went down hill really fast. My dad took him in again and they told us that he had cancer and kidney failure! He would have to be put asleep. The vet told us that his bread of dog (goldendoodle- golden retreiver mix with standard poodle) don't show that they are in pain so he has probably been in pain for awhile and probably in alot of pain now. :( It was really hard for all of us because he has been in the family for so long and was an amazing dog! It was alot hard because Andrew and Kathryn were out of town and were not able to say goodbye to him. Andrew was Cubby's favorite and it was really hard! These pictures are after we gave him a bath and right before we took him in. We barried him in the back of my parents house.
Its been so hard having him gone! When i go over to my parent's house and he is not there to greet us at the door it breaks my heart! The house has seemed so empty lately. Im just glad that he is not in anymore pain and that i can see him again! I love and miss you so much Cubby!!
